Foi Mediador Cultural na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Eug\u00e9nio de Almeida (FEA, 2026) e estagi\u00e1rio na Superintend\u00eancia do Instituto do Patrim\u00f4nio Hist\u00f3rico e Art\u00edstico Nacional no Rio de Janeiro (IPHAN-RJ, 2023) e no Instituto Estadual do Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural (INEPAC, 2021-2023). Foi Iniciante Cient\u00edfico PIBIC\/CNPq do Projeto Desenhando a Vila Real da Praia Grande na cidade de Niter\u00f3i, pelo grupo de pesquisa Cidade como Documento da Hist\u00f3ria Urbana (CiDHUrb, 2020-2023), desenvolvendo plataforma SIG com a cartografia da cidade de Niter\u00f3i do s\u00e9culo XIX.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eafc392 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"eafc392\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3285245 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3285245\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Arthur Freitas<\/b>\u00a0is an architect and urban planner with a degree from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF, 2023), he is currently pursuing a master&#8217;s degree in Management and Enhacement of Historical and Cultural Heritage, specializing in Heritage and the Environment, at the University of \u00c9vora, he is a researcher on the Know Africa Project, funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) (ref. 2022.01599.PTDC) and a member of ICOMOS Young Professionals. He served as a Cultural Mediator at the Eug\u00e9nio de Almeida Foundation (FEA, 2026) and as an intern at the Regional Office of the National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage in Rio de Janeiro (IPHAN-RJ, 2023) and at the State Institute of Cultural Heritage (INEPAC, 2021-2023).
