Utilizando livros de viagem, di\u00e1rios e iconografia, sua pesquisa analisa a import\u00e2ncia da sociabilidade no trabalho de campo em Hist\u00f3ria Natural, a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimentos e objetos de Hist\u00f3ria Natural, e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cole\u00e7\u00f5es cient\u00edficas. Seu percurso acad\u00eamico inclui um doutorado em Hist\u00f3ria das Ci\u00eancias e da Sa\u00fade pela Casa de Oswaldo Cruz\/Fiocruz (Brasil), tendo passado um per\u00edodo como pesquisador visitante no King&#8217;s College London (Reino Unido) com bolsa CAPES\/PDSE, um mestrado em Hist\u00f3ria das Ci\u00eancias e da Sa\u00fade pela Casa de Oswaldo Cruz\/Fiocruz com bolsa CAPES, um bacharelado em Museologia e uma licenciatura em Hist\u00f3ria pela Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), com bolsa CAPES, al\u00e9m de uma p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da Ci\u00eancia, da Tecnologia e da Sa\u00fade pelo Museu da Vida\/Casa de Oswaldo Cruz\/Fiocruz (Brasil). Anderson tamb\u00e9m desenvolveu uma pesquisa de p\u00f3s-doutorado sobre \u201cA sociabilidade no trabalho de campo nas expedi\u00e7\u00f5es cient\u00edficas de viajantes brit\u00e2nicos na Amaz\u00f4nia brasileira do s\u00e9culo XIX\u201d no Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Cartografia Social e Pol\u00edtica da Amaz\u00f4nia, da Universidade Estadual do Maranh\u00e3o (Brasil), o que resultou na publica\u00e7\u00e3o de um e-book, na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de dois podcasts de Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o Cient\u00edfica dispon\u00edveis no Spotify e em outras plataformas, e na autoria de diversas publica\u00e7\u00f5es no Brasil e no exterior. By using travel books, diaries, and iconography his research analyses the importance of sociability to Natural History fieldwork, the circulation of knowledge and Natural History objects, and the formation of scientific collections. Anderson\u2019s academic background include a PhD in History of Science and Health from Casa de Oswaldo Cruz\/Fiocruz (Brazil), having spent a term as visiting researcher at King&#8217;s College London (UK) with a CAPES\/PDSE scholarship, a MSc in History of Science and Health from Casa de Oswaldo Cruz\/Fiocruz with a CAPES scholarship, a BSc in Museum Studies and a Lic. in History from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), the former with a CAPES scholarship, a Postgraduate degree in Public Communication of Science, Technology and Health from Museu da Vida\/Casa de Oswaldo Cruz\/Fiocruz (Brazil). Anderson has also developed a post-doctoral research on \u201cThe sociability of fieldwork in the scientific expeditions of British travellers in 19th-century Brazilian Amazonia\u201d at the Postgraduate Programme on Social and Political Cartography of the Amazon, State University of Maranh\u00e3o (Brazil) which resulted in the publication of an e-book, produced two Science Dissemination podcasts available on Spotify and other platforms, and authored several publications in Brazil and elsewhere.
